Seems like there were lots of random upgrades between AmEx and the shuttles -- guess they didn't think that VIP was crowded enough!

Yeah, I mean, our group was fairly sober all weekend, yet it took way too long for us to figure out how to find the entrance to that new hacienda del toro area. Having it not open the first day may...

Somehow I just couldn't convince myself that raw oysters in the desert was a good life choice.

I mean, VIP is admittedly dumb and overpriced, but the Rose Garden is really very nice.

I never found a time where the line wasn't unbearably long. The vegan ramen in the back corner was astonishingly good, no line, and super fast.

With only a few metal detectors and not enough staff 2016 VIP security lines were atrocious -- we ended up trudging down the yellow path to GA at least one of the days -- so I'm glad they did...

We arrived fairly late (6ish) most days and there still seemed to be plenty of room in lots 1B/C. I'd say it's worth a try to park there before going to the other lots.
