    Haha, no it's pretty damn comfortable. Here have been times I've worn it up to & hours straight. A little sweaty in the Coachella heat, but breath isn't restricted thanks to the two valves on it.

    8 months post double lung transplant, so no immune system. Survived perfectly well with one, they are amazing. Respro Techno available via their site or Amazon for $40 or so, replaceable filters.
