Don't know them, do they sing da hip hop??
Com Truise will transform the gobi into a time machine, recreating the synthy sounds of the 1980s in such a crystalline futuristic fury alongside some fucking killer beats.
This would be great. I want to produce a movie one day just so I can use Polyhurt for one of the scenes. That song has such a cool mood to it.
too much signage to even say
I saw him live and it was one of the worst performances I have ever seen.
If he is there, I won't be anywhere near his set. Absolutely dreadful live.
My friends actually saw him in SF recently and they said the same thing. Supposedly a really short and disappointing set.
Didn't even realize he just released his 2nd album. fucking love this shit
It was short and had now flow. After almost every song he cut the music and said "what?" while putting his hand around his ear and leaning towards the crowd. Shut up and the play the music. Needless to say, The Juan Maclean came on after him and played an absolutely lovely set.
He is doing a free DJ set in NYC this thursday and I might give him another shot. Might being the key word.
but terrible if true about his lackluster sets.
He opened up for neon indian a year ago, and I thought his set was fine, then again i walked in knowing nothing of his work.
