haha im right there with ya buddy. At least they give us a good three months between the lineup announcement and the festival to get our asses back in shape.
its a nice little motivational window of time
At least we don't have to deal with the Killers / Winehouse situation.
I'm glad I'm not alone on this...
agreed. me = gym addict for three months.
Electrojan (I think) recommended this guy's plan in Ronnie's thread about gaining weight. The guy also has a section about losing weight.
http://www.fourhourworkweek.com/blog...-any-exercise/
It's damn simple, and all I have to lose is possibly some weight if it actually works. I'll let you guys know how it's going in a month or so.
I've changed my schedule at work so that I get home early enough to get a walk in even if I was too lazy to go to the gym in the morning.
Bought a treadmill, which I've finally stated to use. Watch TV and exercise at the same time. Lost 1.5kg (3.3lbs) already after using it for 2 weeks.
I might carry on running round the London Underground like a crazy person, and according to that link eat nothing that is white......
ha ha. love this. glad im not the only one!
yes... true.
For the next 3 months not even the fail that is London Bridge can get me down.
gym today! :D
here are workouts that have enhanced my gym experience as i prepare for coachella. Some are nerdy but I must say-if you apply these workouts to the scenarios of coachella, the gym tends not to be such a drag.
Step 1. fill your coachella water bottle with only the finest tap water.

what is everyone's goal? i'm lookin at sheddin 15-20 if possible. that's american pounds. will get back to ya second week of april. : >
im going for about the same, it going to be hard work.
i think the exercise itself will be easier than the accompanying goal: no alcohol for 12 weeks.
Oh yeah with you on that and i work in a bar and when your bought drinks its gets real hard to say no, but the determination is high. Hot Coachella body is required.
no it was more like "good, old fashioned american pounds". as opposed to the-rest-of-the-world-kilograms
My goal is also 15-20. We'll see what happens. ;)
Lose weight NOW! Ask me how.
How, Bud Luster, how?
get off your fat ass and quit eating like a pig.
oh i thought u were going to recommend cocaine.
I fully support this topic. I do this every year to get ready for the shitters and hiking back to my car in april. I'm about 6'1 180 something and I'm gonna try and loose about 10lbs so that I can rock the tighty whities and american apparel sweat band look.
Any P90X users on here? I can buy a full set of the dvds off my neighbor for $40 so thinking about making that happen as it would be nice to work out at home a bit more. Would it be much use to someone fairly experienced? I've run a marathon, swum competively, started yoga last year and have lifted weights for 4 yrs but looking to, you know, take it up a level.
I should note that I already own one of the P90X videos - the ab ripper one with ab targeted exercises and it is a killer workout.
