Geez, didn't realize that Lolla was such a lock, what a weird get by Perry. And it's their only real Midwest show even, interesting.
well nothing's official yet.
I can't believe they wouldn't be there, looking at those dates. Zero Midwestern dates and Lolla is conspicuously right during that week off where they have to travel west from NYC to Seattle?
That's as close to a lock as I can imagine.
The board mod on the Lolla boards basically confirmed it. When the tour dates were announced and someone mentioned the gap, he/she said something like "well, that cat is finally out of the bag".
lucky Lolla-goers. i really want the band to hit coachella again, though i know that's not gonna work this year
I actually like the album art. But that's just my opinion.
That some ugly shit you like Passive - sorry.
Maybe I think of DM being more sophisticated - even in design. Lord knows they have been in the past - Anton Corbin, etc...
Minimal is one thing, but it has to be with purpose and direction - this latest art have neither.
capt...I'd love to be privie to your DM list of up beats...grant it I've been a fan since 7th grade and I think have a few albums on vinyl back at my mommy's house I don't have them as a part of my collection...which is why I went for the remixes...a bit of everyting!!!
Music video for Wrong.
That video is funny. And weird.
Dates with venues announced. holy Crap, THE PEARL. And Marco, I hate you..

fuck tickets go on sale so soon
ok, im grabbing Black Celebration right now...
Man....i serioulsy need to hear an instrumental version of Wrong...I need an extended jamming version with those synths....god....
Ultra is one of their weakest albums. And dont bother with Exciter btw.
I love Exciter but i realize why it got such a bad reception. Ultra is no Music for the Masses, but it is worth listening to. It has actually become one of my favorite DM albums. It has a lot of great songs, and all of the Ultra songs are really strong live so it is a good album to at least be familiar with...
And it's the first album post-Alan Wilder...they did a hell of a job without his help.
um....anyone nice enough to compair Depeche Mode to Metallica albums, just so I can understand where u are coming from?
so, Exciter = St. Anger? and Ultra is like Re-Load?
Damn is skipping coachella worth getting to see DM an extra couple nights...this is gunna kill me....it would be so much easier if they just played coach!
id prob skip Coachella if it meant seeing Beastie Boys a few extra times... your choice. WRONG
All i keep thinking is these guys have been playing for 30 years. Honestly, how many more times am I going be able to see them before they call it quits. After every album i think that it will probably be the last.
Fuck! I don't wanna have to miss Moz but im sure he'll play all over so cal in the fall. So possibly/probably no Coachella:( But DM is sooooooooo worth it.
