View Full Version : FREE Companion Camping Pass

Hey folks,

My girl and I were recently blessed with a very reasonably priced Car Camp pass. This pass came with a Companion pass that we aren't going to use. Instead of selling it on eBay (worth about a hundred bucks) we want to give it away...why we would do this on a board populated by homeless winos and Brandon Flowers fans is beyond me...but here goes ;) Never too late to get that good Coachella Karma going

We are willing to trade this pass AT THE FESTIVAL for one Spicy Pie and one Frozen Lemonade. I will not mail it nor do anything unless it is in person. And I will give up the pass for no less than the pie and 'ade. I don't like scalpers. Besides, I'm pretty sure that selling something like this that you got almost free is good for a one way ticket to douchebag hell.

We have no interest in sharing our space...stay off our land!!! We will be boinking loudly all night every night. So please, if you ask me for this pass have some friends to camp with...or have some really good blow to keep us up all night. In all seriousness, I would love for this to go to someone who has other folks to camp with. If you're a couple, you get extra bonus brownie points.

So send me a PM if you're interested and why and I'll let you know in a few days. Also, please bump this thread so anyone who hasn't seen it can and will get a chance to PM me.

Happy 'chella everyone :)

Title should have said 'Almost Free'...in reality it will cost you around $13...which still isn't too bad

So it's not really free. You gotta send an email & beg. Then you gotta park in day parking, track you down, buy you one Spicy Pie and one Frozen Lemonade, then repark in Lot 2.

Where's the free part? Perhaps I missed something.

a.) This is not free
b.) I hate when people ask for a life story when deciding who to give a ticket to. This is an Fing $15 pass. This is NOT a $300 wristband HECK this is not even an $85 camping pass (cost with TM fees). Name your price and wait for the first person who is willing to pay that price.
c.) I do like the fact you want to give it in person (prevents rescalping) BUT this is an Fing $15 pass just mail it out to the person who will pay the price you want so they/you get to avoid the hassle of trying to find them.

A) I corrected that in the description Capt. Observant.

B) I didn't ask for a life story. I simply figured I would get a few responses. And it is a hundred dollar pass...despite what the face value is. I'm glad that you know a thing or two about economics. Hell, a car camping pass isn't an $80 ticket...it's a $250 dollar ticket. I'd hate to have to explain to you why. I don't want to insult your intelligence. You did enough of that yourself.

C) If someone were to offer me $15 for this pass, I took it, and then mailed it to them...then they sold it for what it's worth...I would be committing the same crime that every one on this board has been belly aching about since January. Coachella is a pretty well laid out place. If meeting someone at a beer tent/food stand/ whatever location is hard for you, then you are borderline retarded.

Offer still stands. Companion pass for one Spicy Pie and one Frozen Lemonade.

Quit bitching. It's his pass. Let him do this thing.

I'm all about your approach, sir.
