Since I'm feeling a lil hip-hop right now, is anyone anticipating the new IT album? If so, then you're all good in my book. If not, that's okay too. You should pick his work up if you're into the underground and some rough and aggresive Hip-Hop. Hailing from New York, Immortal Technique has been a mainstay @ Rock The Bells and other hip-hop festivals. Using a forceful approach, his gravel-like delivery brings you back to the days of Big L and the rest of the NYC's finest.

his live show is nuts, his music is crazy, and I love it.

I respect him and am glad he's a conscious rapper since they seem to be going extinct at a rapid rate these days. I've just never really got into him, and I LOVE underground hip-hop, weird. I've listened to songs individually but I guess I should try an album straight thru, suggestions??

If you don't take him seriously he's pretty... good? I donno. I'll listen to his album, and he was pretty entertaining at Rock the Bells.

I can't remember the one song by IT, but its the one about the girl he knew that ended up dying from AIDS. That was some powerful shit, yo.

I think he's a talented lyricist, but I've never liked listening to his music.

Dance with the Devil = one of the best hip hop songs ever written. When people try to convince me that hip hop has no substance I play this song for them.

i hadn't heard that song til i saw him live, and that's the first time at a show when i just stood there and just listened with such amazement until the end and my jaw just dropped...such an intense song...god i forgot how much i love this dude.
