Hey yeah -

So I want to bring up McLusky.
Fucking goddamn McLusky, shit!

We talk about wanting more "rock" at Coachella.

You wanna talk about balls-out thrashy, dirty-drudging,
amped-up, in-your-face-fucking-rock??

I've often fantasized about McLusky at Coachella.
It would be a wet dream if they got back together.
But it's not happening...

Damn, okay.. I'm a little calmer now.. here's my experience with them:

I started listening to McLusky by chance in 2004. Shortly after I started getting into them, they stopped in Phoenix on their tour. they played on election night in '04 to a crowd of maybe.. 20 people. It was one of their last shows and their equipment was also stolen that night. Anyway, it was a fucking blast and there is video of it out there.
A guy from Australia actually mailed me a dvd of the show (taken on a vid camera) for free because I told him I was there and was a huge fan. Here's a video to prove it...

I was just to the right of the camera with my best friend. Best $5 show ever!

Okay so, I love them. I haven't listened to them in such a long time. But goddammit, SOMEBODY show me some McLusky love!!!!!

Uhmm Mclusky broke up a couple years ago. Check out their new band formed by the guitarist and drummer, Future Of The Left.

I'm seeing Future Of The Left tonight (again), supporting Be Your Own Pet.

Yes. That is the Mason Jar. Shitty, shitty venue.

And I know about Future of the Left.
I'm not "going for a reunion".. I'm just saying that McLusky rocks balls and I think they are underrated.
And a crazy thing about them is that with each album, they just got harder and heavier. Usually you see bands going soft.
