Your shipping address will default to your billing address at check out. You may change this in your AXS account after your purchase is complete until the update shipping deadline.
Orders will not be re-shipped under any circumstances.
Orders unable to be delivered under any circumstances (lost/stolen/errors/forgot/dog scared the postman away/wrong address, etc.) must be picked up at Will Call.
Orders at Will Call must be picked up by the original purchaser (the name on the account). Please keep that in mind when ordering. If the “ship to” name is different, the "ship to" name will NOT be able to pick up at will call. Both names must match. No name changes allowed. No Alternative box office pick ups allowed. No exceptions.
Shipping fees will not be refunded for undeliverable orders.
Shipments “Returned to Sender” may choose a one-time reshipment offer for a fee of $29 up until our shipment cut off. Shipment must have been received back by sender before request. Exceptions may apply. Absolutely no name changes allowed. No guarantee of reshipment. See above.
Orders assigned/changed/ending up at Will Call must be picked up at the Box Office. Location/hours details to be posted closer to festival dates.
Government-issued photo ID and order confirmation are required for Will Call pick up.

International customers will have the option to choose Will Call at time of purchase.
We recommend international travelers choose the Will Call option if you intend to travel prior to 4/1 (Weekend 1) or 4/8 (Weekend 2) to better ensure you don’t miss delivery.

Orders are shipped in one [1] package per order (not per wristband). Condition of packaging is not guaranteed. The only guaranteed contents are what you ordered.
Wristband orders may be shipped in one complimentary commemorative box per order (not per pass or wristband within an order). The condition of the box is not guaranteed.

For Travel Package guests, wristbands and shuttle passes will not be mailed in advance. All materials will be available for pickup at the hotel during designated Travel Package Check In hours, which will be provided prior to arrival.

Hotel Packages bundle local hotel accommodations with festival passes and Any Line Shuttle passes and are available via Valley Music Travel for Weekend One and Weekend Two.
Includes three [3] or four [4] nights stay for two [2] or four [4] people at a participating resort.

Includes GA or VIP Festival Passes for each guest.

Select hotels are 21+. Please check package details before buying.
Packages for four [4] people include one [1] room with two [2] beds. To accommodate four [4] people in two [2] rooms you must purchase two [2] 2-person packages at the same hotel.

We recommend you wait until the 2023 website launches for the most up to date information since some things do change from year to year. You can still get a general overall idea by looking at the rest of the 2022 website, but tons of info will be updated next year and especially closer to festival dates.
No. Only the original purchaser can pick up their order at Will Call. Please keep this in mind if you are ordering for someone else. The order should be placed in their name. You can not change this for will call. There are no exceptions.
