2009 LUXURY ON SITE ACCOMMODATIONS
Welcome to the 2nd annual year for Coachella luxury onsite lodging. User feedback from our inaugural year has helped us shape the improvements for 2009. Thank you for helping us along.
This exclusive lodging area will include Breakfast (served 7am - 11am), limited guest capacity, restrooms & showers, general store, free private parking lot, drop off area, added security, atm, Outdoor chairs, shade tents + outdoor lighting, 21 + Over onsite lodging bar and more!
SAFARI Tent or Personal Lounges
$5000 (+ applicable charges) for the first 2 people.
$1000 for each additional person to stay in your tent.
Fully furnished awaiting your arrival. (2 person, includes festival access)
There are only a limited amount of these (2 person) Shikar style tents being made
available. Access to this area will be solely limited to Safari tent wristband holders. These are the highest end of
elegance and sophistication with luxury interiors, fully furnished for your choice of either sleeping or Lounging. Sleeping tents come with choice of two twin or 1 queen size bed, linens, tables, flooring, pillows, chairs, AIR conditioning, electrical outlets
and more. Personal Lounge tents come with AIR conditioning, electrical outlets, couch, chairs, table, flooring and other personal touches. Lounges would also be comfortable for sleeping but no bedding provided. Purchasing these special luxury accommodations include 2 ALL ACCESS "side stage"
wristbands (yes there is access to artist trailer camp and festival vip area) with special shuttles
taking you inside the venue plus they give you In & Out access as well. You will be personally contacted with in 7 business days of placing your order (please put best phone number when placing order) to specify what type of tent you want (Sleeping or Lounge) and get any further questions you have answered. Festival wristbands and tent assignment (1st come first serve) will be distributed onsite at the Onsite Lodging area (see map)

Onsite Lodging Rules & Info:
* All lodging attendees MUST be 18 years of age or older & have a valid I.D.. Sorry NO exceptions.
* Onsite lodging opens at 10am on Thursday, April 17th
and closes at 10am on Monday, April 20th. Early arrival is highly
recommended. Check in open 24 hours on Thur starting at 10am, 6am - 1am on Sat - Sun.
* There will be on-site security at all times as well as first aid stations open 24/7.
* All lodging attendees are subject to search upon entry.
* Lodging attendees may visit the onsite camping area however onsite campers will not be allowed into the onsite lodging area.
* Feel free to bring your own food and beverages into
onsite lodging, but unfortunately there will be NO open fires, gas,
charcoal, propane or any other cooking devices allowed.
* No alcohol, glass containers, weapons, drug paraphernalia or drugs allowed. (There will be a clubhouse serving cocktails at onsite camping)
* No animals will be allowed in onsite lodging.
* Lodgers are expected to behave in a manner that is courteous to other lodgers. Noise curfew at 2:00am.
* No tailgating allowed.
* Venue is not responsible for any materials
misplaced, lost or stolen. It is recommended you don't bring valuable
items or if you do, please lock them in your car for safety.
* Damages to lodging will be billed directly to your credit card.
