What the HELL is Sean Penn Doing On Sunday?

If you look at the set times, which are GREAT in my opinion (I only have one major conflict), check Sunday. In the Gobi from 2:10-2:40, and on the main stage from 6:45 to 7:00, SEAN PENN is... speaking? performing? Wha...?!

Am I missing something here? What's going on?
