YES, I do know what shoegaze is, but I also know what I like. MBV, I don't like. It's that simple. I do like other shoegaze, just not MBV. So stop all your crying about how much you "orgasm" to MBV.

Fair question to ask. So, here you go....Cocteau Twins, RIDE, LUSH. I'm thinking about also including The Jesus & Mary Chain, but not realy sure if they would be "Shoegaze", so I'll leave that one up for debate. I just realy like The Jesus & Mary Chain. If I had to pic just one, it would be The Cocteau Twins. I love Elizabeth Fraser's vocals.

what is the point of starting a thread like this? to see if anyone else out there goes to watch a headlining band with no concept of what the band has done musically or might do live, then use that ignorance to judge their performance as crap. then post a thread to see if there are any others out there who hate them as well and on the slight chance, make you and your terrible taste in music feel a little better?
