The key factor that the cacophony of responses seems to be missing is that you can't judge Belichick's decision by the fact that it didn't work. As we've mentioned more than once in these pages, you cannot judge decisions by their outcome. You have to consider the process that goes into them, and then decide whether they're right or wrong at the moment they're made.
Not enough people understand this.

The guy on the local sports radio this morning said "Quinn couldn't throw the ball into the ocean if he was standing on a boat."

From ESPN's power rankings:

27 (28) Chiefs 2-7-0 In the midst of an ugly season, a win over the Raiders still feels awfully good. (Kuharsky)

The barrel man is dying and probably wont make it another 2 weeks. He wants to go to this weekends game to see the Broncos beat the Chargers..... to bad he has to rely on Chris Simms for his last dying wish.

Too bad about barrel man. When GB played Den in the Super Bowl in SD we went to a fundraiser party hosted by Jim Brown and barrel man sat and had a drink with us (wearing the barrel and everything) really friendly and nice guy.

Quinn got fined today for that low block/tackle. I'm pretty sure the fine is really for poor play though.
