It sucks, every year since ive been at ucsb the headliner is a hip-hop/rap artist. Nothing wrong with rap but a little variety would be nice.

ya ucsb is in santa barbara...santa barbara doesnt have a smidge of ghetto about it...I.V. would only be describe as ghetto maybe if you think of one big party right by the beach as ghetto...

AEversW, I webnt to both Santa Barbara and Long Beach. Neither seemed ghetto to me. At Extravaganza in 1991, it was headlined by Mary's Danish, who would break up soon after.
