Yeah and I havent really been wrong much on things here. I missed set time postings by 2 days cause they decided to change it. We'll see what november has to say about the dates, stay tuned.

I am all booked again. Got my lovely Fairfield Inn in Palm Desert that I stayed in this year. And for $40 less with 2 Queens! Thanks for the help with the dates.

I don't know about your hotel, but mine allows me to cancel up until 6 PM of the first day of the reservation. I am a-ok here, methinks.

I can cancel easily too. The problem is if it wasn't those dates then I'd be up against everyone else trying to book a hotel after the correct dates were announced. In 2004 we didn't get off our asses and book hotel until the only rooms left were out in Joshua Tree. Wow did that suck.

the quality inn in palm springs is charging 80$ a night (2 queens) for next years dates, just fyi.......

It's not that bad for pricing in a hotel. Only about $50 more if you have 2 people and less if you have more. I think I'll be camping again though. A little bit of torture but we met a lot of people.

Hey, just an idea, book two different weekends! to cover your asses. I'm going to book mine soon. I might stay with a friend within walking distance of Coachella, but don't know if I want more privacy.

Ya, the hotels are pretty steep for anything decent. And I want to stay for 3 - 4 days. Wish I was going to LCD's upcoming show in LA at the El Ray. I love them. I think it's spelled dude or dewd. ha ya
