OK, here's the deal shitheads. For one week for the next 8 weeks, I'm going to interview one board member all week long. At the end of the week, I'm going to assess the quality of the interview and rate your overall performance and worth as a human being.
The order of the interviews will be based on the results of this week of polling. The person who gets the most votes will be interviewed first and so forth and so on.
I'm going to try to mix it up with people from old school and new school boardies. I may already be familiar with you, but all of that will be wiped clean when the interviews begin.
Let me state the rules of the interview:
1) You only answer questions from me. People who pop in and throw out a question are to be ignored. If you answer them, it will subtract from your points.
2) You must answer EVERY question I pose. If you ignore or duck a question, points will be taken away.
3) You are not allowed to ask me questions. If you do, even if they are rhetorical, bye-bye points.
You'll be judged on the following criteria:
Compelling answers
Style/cleverness/wit
Overall characteristics as a human being
I'm going to list the eight people now and it may take a few minutes to get the ones up since I'm not 100% sure who I'm going to ask yet.
