The Office (BBC)

After seeing the thread for The Office on NBC, I'm going to have to take this opportunity to represent The Office on BBC, which in my humble and correct opinion, is the greater of the 2 shows.

WHO'S SEEN IT?

It's funny as hell.

The DVD set with season 1, season 2, and both specials is the shiz.

I've see it. I think Gareth and Tim are much better then Jim and Dwight. The Christmas Special is probably better then anything the American version can every do.

yeah i really think the BBC version is much better then the American. The American on is damn good but the UK one is just classic.

I like the American one better. Or at least I find it funnier. The British one is maybe a little more admirable from a distance. Took me a while to get used the American version having seen the entire British run first, but it definitely hit its stride in the 2nd season, which I thought brought more consistent laughs than either of the British seasons. Plus, the British one is kind of brutal...brutal towards its characters, and at times brutal for the viewers. The American one has a little more heart.
