...or am I on my own on this one ?
Didn't get to see Peeping Tom in the UK so pretty excited to catch them this time. Fantomas or Tomahawk would have been pretty sweet aswell.

yes yes and yes
I wonder who will be making cameos with patton in peeping tom? Will it be the same band as on conan: Automator, Rahzel, Patton, joel hamilton, ?, ?, and ?
I was secretly hoping for the faith no more reunion this year
faith no more reunion will never happen. From what I read somewhere, Jim Martin HATES those guys. Too bad.
Rahzel will definitely be there if the Roots are playing.
I am going to get so blown to Cypress Hill while they play.
I've dug on most of his other stuff. What is Peeping Tom all about? Is it metal?
I saw Peeping Tom at Detour Festival this year and they ruled. Don't miss them, even if you're notta Patton fan.

I read that Jim Martin grows giant pumpkins now and loves every minute of it.
Peeping Tom are described as Mike Pattons pop album but its a pretty mixed bag in general. A ton of cameo's and some great tracks. He doesn't do much of the impromptue screaming which is a shame, but the album is still a great listen.
Peeping Tom is pretty good live. Saw them at Detour also. I've actually been spending all day watching old live Mr. Bungle videos online. The pro-recorded ones from the 2000 Bizarre festival are especially good. If only the would get back together....
...But yeah, anything Patton does is pretty interesting. Peeping Tom is one of my least favorite projects of his, but its still way better than your typical radio garbage.
On a side note, I find it interesting that Patton and the Chili Peppers are playing the same festival. When Mr. Bungle was around, the Chili Peppers had it in their festival contracts that Mr. Bungle couldn't perform. There was this whole thing about RHCP stealing the Californication title from Mr. Bungle, who had to rename their album to just "California." Some big rivalry ensued, but Im not sure of the details. I wonder if Patton will have some comments to make about them....
If you dig around on Youtube there is a video of Patton dressed like a twat impersonating "Anthony Pheotus" in the middle of a Bungle gig. Think he sings "give it away".
Tell RHCP to go home and bring on Mr. Bungle!
He could headline, couldn't he?
i grew up on faith no more. saw thme back in 1990 and 92. saw bungle in 1990 and 91 and 92 new years eve with the melvins and primus! ( one of my all time favorite concert moments. i dig the new record and i think patton is the best rock vocalist ive ever heard period. i know thats debatable but he is a amazing vocalist..
mr bungle debut album. one of the best weird fucking albums ever.
Fantomas was excellent.
Saw Mike Patton with the X-Ecutioners in NYC last May.
While Patton was good, the X-Ecutioners totally owned that entire set. Turntablism at its finest.
I'll probably check him out at Coachella though just to see what he's doing now.
Welcome to the land of optimism and fresh starts.
I LOVE MIKE PATTON. Faith No More is fucking amazing.
just listened to a live boot i have of fnm live in the uk 1995 amazing set. we care alot and caffeine! amazing songs!
I also saw Peeping Tom at the Detour festival, and I'm still waiting to hear one day that FNM is reuniting at Coachella. PT is fun live, I have yet to see Tomahawk live though, they are supposed to be putting out a new album this year.
Rob Swift used to do a residency in Brooklyn at Triple Crown. I don't think he's doing it anymore.
I am going to get so blown to Cypress Hill while they play.
i saw peeping tom at lollapalooza this year, it was awesome. patton, rahzel, imani coppola, and the other people i didnt know. greatly enough, when rahzel did his little beatbox solo, he did daft punk, white stripes, and lil jon or some other crunk shit.
A carnival for the human race

if patton commented on beck at detour, then most def he will comment on rhcp at coachella.
if rahzel's there, i'm there.
here's to a norah jones surprise.
faith no more is at the top of mike patton's food chain with tomahawk next on the list. i saw fnm open up for billy idol in 90' and each fnm tour thereafter. i will go see peeping tom, but a fnm reunion would be right up there with a rage against the machine reunion.... and that's a big reason why i'm going. along with Jesus and Mary Chain, Gogol Bordello, Air, Explosions in the Sky, Arctic Monkeys, Arcade Fire, Blonde Redhead, Sonic Youth, Bjork, and even Teddybears (contrived and invented but damn catchy). this line-up is solid, i have not been since '04 but i will be there this year.
for those of you who have not seen Gogol Bordello, do try and catch them. i saw them last month with Primus and they stole the show. i realize that's saying alot but they impressed my jaded azz.
rahzel does totally pwn. im sure when he does a beatbox solo it will be some of the coachella acts... here's betting on some bjork.
