This was my first coachella and I had a fucking blast!! I'm definetly going to come back next year. Next time around I'll bring all the right stuff camping too.

Things to bring for camping next year that I wish I had as a noob
Smaller tent
one of those canopy shade things
wipes for when you can't get a shower (like after sunday)
more booze (I didn't know that security would be that chill)

Most likely, depending upon what's going on next year. I'm already thinking about it. Just about everyone on these forums seems ready.

I hope they can get more reunions of incredible bands and some groups that haven't played Coachella before.

The poll in this thread is a little weird, I have no idea what the particulars will be, but if the lineup is any good, I'll probably find a way to go.

Yes i will be going next year. The only thing that you should definitely bring is water. Atleast three cases just to have enough.

Will be back camping next year provided that the campsite be better equipped, planned, set up etc. (this year our campsite was essentially one small tent and a field of debris that was all our shit)

Really? You're the second person I've heard mention that. The only reason I can think of doing this is to chill/party for a while until everyone leaves the parking lots.

Sorry, i'm spoiled. My boyfriend and I rented a condo and it was cheaper and closer than any hotel. And it had air conditioning, a pool nearby, tv/dvd player, 2 bathrooms, and the most comfortable bed to crawl into at 1am after a long day and nite in the sweltering heat and sore feet. And I already told the guy we rented it from that we want it next year!

we shared a rented 2-bedroom house about 20 minutes away. Gated community on a golf course. Pretty sweet.

Next year, same thing. Plan B would be a hotel. However, I'm going to buy camping tickets right away, just in case. If we get the house or hotel, I can easily sell the camping tickets for face value or more.

3 years in a row - saw Coldplay, NIN, Tool, Daft Punk, Rage - not sure who they could bring next year to entice me down to Cali again. Won't be camping again though. Thinking about getting a hotel room or an RV and getting a bicycle to get back and forth from the venue.

I don't think I'd miss it--this was my 5th Coachella, so it's kind of tradition now! It was also the 4th year we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. It was hilarious this time since there was a dance recital going on in our hotel that weekend. It was like the Little Miss Sunshine contest. Scary.

But yeah, I'm down. Not for the camping though--I'm too old & soft.

I think camping is a bad idea - its far to hot, sticky, unclean and smelly ... eeeww! Next year I would like helicoptered back and forth to the venue each day and return in the evening to a 5 star hotel where 6 cali girls are waiting to attend to my every whim!!
