well the Monkeys were sort of like that as a band ... almost anyone who wins American Idol are advertising for the show .... dont know if that is what you were asking or not ... they also put out cd's for movies and sometimes the songs arent even played in the movie, and if they are , just a part of it .... cr****

A good part of me doesn't see what the issue is. I mean learning this might make me want to listen to the song more carefully before deciding to spin it again on the air but if it's a good song I fail to see what the big deal is. And, I mean it's Radio 1.
Its funny when emo bands get mad when they think people don't like them BECAUSE they are an emo band. Its like the thought never even occurs to them that the people who don't like them don't like them because they suck a whole lot.
