Annie Hardy is playing with members of the Adored, who just fired their lead singer. I saw the Adored at Club Echo a couple of years ago on New Years Eve.

Yup, she has a bigger band, but I do not know if it is the permanent arrangement.

I sat in the very back of hollywood bowl for massive attack.. the sound was horrible.. Although, when I bough Basement Jaxx tickets, I wish I would have got cheaper tickets, cause I just ended up going a lot closer cause the venue was empty in a lot of spots.

Yeah, I wouldn't go higher than P2 at the Hollywood Bowl.

Every show I've ever attended there was sold out, except for R.E.M., but I was in F2.

As awesome as the show was for Roger Waters last year, there was a serious sound issue that affected the back sections of the Bowl. i was sitting in R and the back speakers were being used for the surround effect, but DAMN WAS IT LOUD! Almost hurt at points (i'm not kidding). Other than that it sounded brilliant.

Then why even post anything in the first place? No offense.

I have a strong feeling the dance headliner for Detour this year will be the Chemical Brothers, but what do I know?

I do like their new video.

Speculation time. Who could it be?

Speculation about stuff like this is kind of pointless. Would GV book a band if they didn't think it would make people happy?

That being said, I'm guessing its Radiohead.

Hmm, maybe he wasn't using shit in a positive connotation. Meaning the dance headliner is Happy Mondays.

Yet we have 40 threads devoted to who the 2008 headliners will be... This board is great at pointless discussions.

I was asking more in the sense of who should be definitively releasing material before then or right around that time. Having someone locked in at this point is interesting.

The dance headliner for Detour is Justice.

    The 2008 headliner is PORTISHEAD.

Ha, seriously? I was just assuming. Because we were already told Justice would be back to LA in the fall, and having them play in an old cathedral would be PRICELESS.

I was thnking Justice. It wouldn't be shocking for Goldenvoice to book them at another one of their events after the reception they received at Coachella.
