QOTSA - Airplane Sign during Arcade Fire

So is there any info about the Airplane that flew over Arcade Fire's set that said something along the line of QOTSA, You know what you did.

One of my friends said that it was because QOTSA alawys opens for RHCP and they were pissed that Arcade Fire got that time slot.

Is it the name of a new album?

What's the word on the street about that?

Era Vulgaris is the name of the new album. They were clearly promoting that though, when they flashed that and the release date.

What did the line, "You Know What You Did" mean then? I pretty much thought it was a promotional thing as well but the whole "You know what you did" thing threw me for a loop

It could mean a lot of things. I doubt it is some stab at RHCP or Coachella, though.

"You Know What You Did" is just part of the marketing campaign. I guess you just need to get their humor.

That's all I needed was some sort of explanation. My friend who told me was on 3 pills at the time anyways so I thought it was a little far fetched that they would be attacking Arcade Fire during their set. OK close the thread

Due to my altered state at the time (I was laying on the ground by the Sahara tent for a couple hours) I thought the plane had a special message for me. I was quite perturbed to see that an airplane knew what I did.
