3 seemed cool, it took over half a day just to get out of the crowd
3 days by far. Friday was a nice starter. Not too crazy. A bit laid back. I found myself with more time to see more art. Don't know if it was because I didn't know some of the bands or there was more time between acts.
3 days is way better . It just felt better ! I was amazed by every performance
and surprised by how many of my favorite acts I was able to see all 3 days.
way more fuckin people though haha
3 THREE 3 THREE !!! (may be more...)
My legs still hurt today, but 3 days is ok, loved it, on sunday drugs were used to ease the pain.
Im glad I got to experience it for 3days but Im fucking exhausted. My body feels like Jello and I cant talk. If it wasnt for the Teddybears, Sunday would have been useless to me. Im gonna say two days. The 3rd day dealing with parking woes drove us bananas
Glad to hear most of you liked 3 days. I said I didn't like that, plus the earlier in the year schedule out of principle. haha. 2 days is all I've experienced, and it seemed to work out perfect. If next year is 3 days again though I'll probably go check it out.
im torn. of course 3 days is nice cuz its an extra day at coachella, but at the same time its so fuckin draining that every night when i get home i dont know how im going to wake up and do it again. then of course i recover a bit and am ready to go, but by day 3 i was pretty beat. the bad part about 3 days, besides being so exhausted on sunday, is that its so much more expensive. you have to pay for an extra days ticket, an extra nights stay somewhere, eat more food, drink more booze, take more drugs, and also take an extra day off work. that shit adds up! i cant decide...
Three by far. The first day we were all a bunch of crazy kids, just wigging out trying to do it all. The next two days were great just because I had my bearings and I wasn't running around like Christmas Day. Day three I literally dragged my butt to the main stage, but it was worth it in the end.
ps, faithless rocked my world.
2 days is good for me...I was so exhausted monday and had a 16 hour drive home. 2 is good...
Threee!
But, man... did my feet hurt.
For some reason I felt more tired last year with 2 days, this time it just went very fast.
3 days was too much for me.. I tried to pace myself with dancing on Fri ...but the heat just killed me on Sat... by Sunday we were living off fumes..my dancing technique turned into a body twitch and head bop.. next time I will just hit up the weekend and leave Friday off.. also 2 nights in a hotel room would be sweet. Camping was brutal..

2013 EDM wishlish (please):
classixx, stanton warriors, logistics, jefr tale
spencer & hill, bent, eric prydz, mike realm, nick thayer
kruder & dorfmeister, young punx, phonat, treasure fingers
Kraak & Smaak, sergio & benoit, kris menace, bassjackers, DJ Craze
DIGITALISM, knifeparty, chemical brothers, bassbintwins, seth troxler
I think the assumption here is that there's enough talent to fill up 3 days every year.
I don't mind 3 days as long as we don't get a bunch of trash early on each day just so there will be 3 headlining acts.

When it comes to Coachella, the more the better. 3 days, 4 days, 5..6...eternity....
I was so exhausted by the end of the day on Friday (< 3 hrs. sleep) that I didn't think I'd ever make it through, but by Sunday I easily could have handled a couple more days.
3 was perfect. after 2 i always wish there could be more. this time i feel like i had a complete experience.
Three-day Coachella seemed to go by just as quickly as two-day Coachella. I am in favor of prolonging the Coachella 'weekend' any number of days.![]()
i went to coachella twice now but it was only the two day ones ... i do think 3 is better though because it is somewhat of a destination festival .. being where it is, cept for LA peeps, you spend a lot of money and time getting there, so to make it longer, makes it seem more worth it ... and as someone said, the roo is 4 days this year, so is wakarusa, and sxsw is but that is a different critter .. cr****
3 days - no less. Scaling back would be torturous, now that we have a taste and feel for three. I've been every year except the first year and I've learned the tricks of the trade. 3 days doesn't make it any more exhausting. 3 days you can see and experience so much more and you have less of that "I'm missing sumthin' feeling." With three days, I got to see all of the art and experience and hear so much more music. Yes, Saturday I was pooped, but I was ready and ragin' by Sunday morning!!!
I liked three. It was tough camping, but it was nice to not have to set up and tear down so quickly. I just paced myself and was fine....
Someone should jam a panda up his peehole.
Fuck Tiesto and his overblown schtick.
If the list was shorter but better - two days would have been great. After seeing Rage - it didn't matter if it was three or two days. If global warming continues - they are going to have to hold the festival earlier in April when its cooler during the day.
I honestly think it should be a week long. Maybe a month.
Two days is fun but three days was freak'n awsome!!! If you can feel the burn that means Coachella is working...
3 days all the way.
At the end of night 2 I was thinking how much it would have sucked if that was it. But no, another day!!!
Coachella should really go past midnight. A friend of mine was telling me about a silent disco she went to in Europe. To get around the noise ordinances they handed everyone headphones. There were 2 DJ's spinning and you could pick which DJ you wanted to hear. She said it was funny to see someone grooving out to a different beat.
I'll take you. I can't promise to stay soft the whole time, though.
I was worried I wouldn't make it through 3 whole days of crazyness and heat, but it was actually not as bad as I thought it would be.Friday was very chill for me, Ran around like a chicken with my head cut of Saturday almost fell asleep during TGTBTQ at the end of the night and thought I'd never make it through Sunday. But I was surprisingly energized the next morning, and even after dancing my ass off to CSS/Klaxons I still had energy for some Air/Damien Rice action. All in all I think 3 days was actually kinda perfect.

for me, what matters is each day's lineup. i had quite a bit of downtime on sunday & wished there were more acts i was interested in. i'm all for a third day, but only if there are as many quality acts as the other days.
I actually liked having down time though. When I went in 05 it was like back to back to back people. I barely had time to eat and pee let alone chill out in front of the art installations and talk to cool people. This year I saw much more in terms of the festival as a whole.

I have loved Coachella as a 2 day festival, but 3 days allowed me to have one day just find people and experience some things I've never found before, like a one day coachella love. However 2 days always seemed to be a really unique timeframe to me, its amazing how much you could experience in just 2 days at Coachella. I would be very satisfied if Coachella came back next year as a 2 day fest.
