Sahara Pit??

Last year was my first Coachella and when I was at the Sahara Tent, I noticed there was a pit area in front of the rest of the tent. How does one gain acess to this area?

you weren't seriously waiting 3 hours for DP were you? I walked in 10 minutes before Audio Bullys ended and got a great view, right in the middle up front. A little behind the actual "pit" area

i realize it was probably overkill but really don't care. i'd been waiting for that show for 5 years. they destroyed it and i was like 4 feet from the stage, i'd have waited 10 hours for that shit.
