Yes, 04 was tough.
I was so hot that I grabbed one of those Minute Maid carboard boxes and used it over my head as a hat.

Yeah, it will be hot, but nothing will beat the rugged 04' year, which sucked because that line-up was fantastic. This year, even though it will touch 100 degrees we should be able to still enjoy ourselves.

Agreed. '04 was the hottest. It was 107 at one point I recall. The people selling beverages were really nice though and I asked if I could just grab a huge hunk of ice out of where they kept the water. They would usually say, "Uh, I don't think you want to put that in your drink" and I would say, "You're right, I don't." And then hold it on my head and let it melt. When one brick would run out, I'd go back for a new one. I remember the sunset during Belle & Sebastian being a bit chilly because of it.

I know this year is going to rock, but those were the days.

100 is not as bad as I thought. Although, being crowded in and pushed against a stage will prbably raise the body temp a bit. Luckily, the majority of acts I want to see are super early or somewhat late. So the time when it is gonna be super hot I can chill in the shade.

No it wont be as bad as '04 that was fucking hot and i'm a local so trust me but I was at the polo grounds today and it was hot today 96 degrees,but the only upside is there is a breeze right now hopefully it last througout the week hopefully, it's a shame cause last weekend we had highs in the 70's to 80's
