Shuttles Buses?

It would be nice if there was some type of shuttle service back in forth between Coachella and hotels in the Palm Springs area. No need to worry about drinking and driving to and from.

Some of the hotels do shuttles, I would ask them. Maybe not from palm springs though. but they should. they jack the prices up enough they could afford it easily.

It only makes sense.....I am surprised that one of the offsite campgrounds doesn't jump on this and offer themselves as THE alternative to on-site camping. I can't see renting a car, just to park it for the whole day/weekend, but how else to get to the venue. Also, do you know WHY the camping is 18+? if the drinking age is 21 in the States, then that is not the reason..... Perhaps they don't want little kids running about..... Still wouldn't 15/16 yrs make more sense?

None of the off-site camping grounds hold very many people and always sell out without any effort.

I ended up renting a car because I couldn't find any other way to get from San Diego airport to the hotel. Taxi would be more than rental car fee. And most shuttles from San Diego won't travel that far or if they made an exception would cost more than renting a car too. Got an economy rental car off Priceline for like $100 from Thursday-Monday.
