You remember how instruments ruined music because they were tools rather than just the pure expression of the human voice?

Remember how scales ruined the essence that is one note?

Since there was no one to hear it, did it really make a sound?

well that plus it occurred in a vacuum, so there was no sound to be heard anyway.

Has everything music can offer be done already? Has it just reached the point where nobody can create a new take?

Is the sense of vision just as powerful when listening to something in humans? Do more attractive visuals with mediocre sound make an experience more desirable?

And you still love the new watered down versions ? Visual technology is the only thing pushing things forward now . Visuals also affect us on emotional levels . Maybe 3 d concerts will rule next . Then people getting massages while watching thom Yorke get a bj. What's left to do we are a swarm of parasites here to destroy the world .

The difference between Atoms for Peace live and Atoms for Peace record = the amount of humanity. When the human is in control of the creation sound it expresses something human. When the human cuts and pastes and generates the sound without creating it, it expresses something that contains little of the human touch except in the sequencing, mixing and perhaps the volume. But the intention in sampled music is a human intention. It's just not expressive of human imperfection, improvisation, call and response between humans, or fluid emotion. Well, it's one theory, anyway.
