Good to know, thanks. will probably try to grab some food around 4 or 5pm

I'll be there tomorrow night!! Can't wait. Should be an interesting set. Like the premise, we'll see if SMD can pull it off.

Cool. And, has anyone actually been to an outside show that has had anywhere close to 1000 people? I know it's sold out, I just have a hard time believing that's the number they capped it at. Would be really awesome if there were only a few hundred of us.

He confirmed that there's a sign that says what the capacity is. I'm asking if anyone has ever been to a show there that has reached that capacity, and suggesting that maybe this show didn't actually sell 1,000 tickets.

Sometimes they will sell tickets at the door for sold out shows. Try at your own risk.

I appreciate that GPS, but I called earlier and they said it was Completely sold out. I then confirmed that included no ticket selling at the door for tomorrows event.

Well the Pixies outdoor show was sold out and there definitely wasn't 1000 people... Maybe like 250-300? I don't see how 1'000 could fit

Just found out my friend isn't going so I have an extra for face value. We were planning on taking his car and now I have to drive mine which currently has no a/c. I am planning on leaving early and exploring Joshua Tree. Does anybody who's been there before think I'll get hassled for sleeping in my car a little bit before coming back?

New material is on the ambient, mellow side of the techno spectrum. Crowd was full of LA clubbers that wanted to party so it was a strange tension. I actually think I heard more people screaming loudly about coca one and molly and moon rocks than I ever have at any dance show.

We camped on a private ranch right next door so we listened to Earth while having beer and looking at the stars so I don't know. I assume most or all of the crowd were disinterested. It was my first time seeing Earth and I am not familiar with their catalog but it was also very mellow and ambient.

Can't wait for Panda Bear next month. I've been to Pappy & Harriet's before, but not to see a popular act. Do they still have free parking on nights like when the Pixies or SMD play?
