Well, when it was nearly 110 degrees a couple years ago I admit to staying in the pool at the condo until 4pm or so. Weather permitting, all day is the way.

I tend to chill in the campgrounds until 3 or so..... beat the mid afternoon heat a little while spraying myself down with a waterbottle under a tree.

I have a canopy and a spray bottle, so I am fine in the campgrounds....Blue room was so crowded all the time last year that I mostly avoided it....

Who goes to Coachella just for the headliners?? That's why they filled Saturday with some of the best bands during the day--you'll be missing some serious action, but hey, one less person in front of me...

i have shown up around 3pm each day the past few years based on who i wanted to see day to day...no use showing up early to sit around in the heat. will probably be the same way this year.

it all depends on the weather.
i melt in the heat. so far it looks like the low 90's so its not that bad.
but unless some of my fav bands play early, i will get there around 3 or 4.
this is a mini vacation for me, so i want to take it easy, not get to tired out like i did in years past.

Camp is NOT a place I want to be at longer than necessary. No shade and hot as balls. I'd much rather sit in the shade inside the festival, even if nobody I want to see is playing. Better food inside, too.

i will probably be there all day friday, most of saturday and most of sunday. i'm guessing i will get there some time between 2pm and 5pm on both sunday and monday. friday is the only day i might get there earlier because there are so many bands i want to see on that day. i won't know for sure till i see the set times, but if nothing i really want to see is happening earlier in the day, i'm going to avoid standing around in the blazing sun. i will be there till 12am all three days though. i'm not camping. if i were, things might be different.

Yes i am but this is my first year camping and i'm just afraid i'm going to have to wait in line for hours just to wash off!
