    Default Are you going to register your wrist band?

    what if it doesn't work if you dont register it? i didnt register mine last year and it still worked; will this year be the same? i dont like the government tracking me, so back off!

    It is a requirement this year. Last year it was not.

    you can test it. if it doesnt work, youll probably just register on the spot. let us know how it goes.

    Hey dumbass.... why would the government track you through your coachella pass? First off... why would they care? Second... it is a ticket to COACHELLA! Buying a ticket ensures you will be at, hey guess what? COACHELLA. Registering your pass on the Coachella website is another way Goldenvoice has taken a step to avoid scalpers. Don't link your Facebook to your Coachella account if you want to be so secretive... and don't check in at stages. Third, if you are so paranoid I wouldn't have a cell phone or go on the internet and say you don't want the government tracking you....

    And as it says on the pamphlet provided with your wristband, "ACTIVATION IS REQUIRED: Only activated wristbands will be valid at festival entrances."
