Default Chapstick and sunscreen need to be sealed?

I know CA bring in sunscreen and chapstick but the question is do they have to be new and sealed? I know in other events/festivals they have to be sealed and new to bring them in.

Sunscreen: Depends on the particular security guard.

    Chapstick: I think your safe.

I guess I'm over-the-hill, but why would unsealed Chapstick/Sunscreen/Carmex be an issue? I mean, what kind of drug could a person actually put in any of those things, of any quantity?

Don't need to be sealed. You'll probably need to use them waiting in line to get in.

Lol.. I was just asking cuz places like edc they will thought away if it's not sealed. And I'm not buying a new chapstick and sunscreen everyday. That's stupid. Also pack of cigarettes need to be sealed.
