ticket question

My tickets were sent to an old address on my ticketmaster account. Has anyone else ever run into this sort of situation? I've contacted ticketmaster, but haven't received an answer, while the only solution I've found was to wait 48 hours prior to the start of the event and wait to get my tickets during roll call.

Anyone have any insights to this?

Did you fill out a change-of-address form at the post office when you moved?
If so, the forwarding process can from 3-14 days. If not, the tickets will be returned to Ticketmaster and that can take a long time.

I think it would really be best to call Ticketmaster and get a definitive answer as to when they were sent out and to see if you can resolve the situation.
