Default Parking for the White Shuttle Line

My friends and I are planning on driving from our house to the shuttle stop. The house we are staying at is in Desert Hot Springs, so we're planning on boarding the shuttle somewhere in between the Riviera Resort and the Palm Springs airport stops. Our main concern is whether or not we'll be able to find parking. From any one who has experience driving to the shuttle stops, how's parking? Thank you in advance!

I'm wondering this too since this is the first year I'm having to shuttle in and also using the White line. I'm staying a mile away from one of the stops, which wouldn't be an awful walk, but not preferable since I'll be walking all day. Thanks to anyone who knows!

Palm Springs airport stop? Never heard of it. From DHS, you might consider parking at Agua Caliente Casino in Rancho Mirage. It's an easy in/off the I-10 freeway, instead of having to battle Palm Springs traffic and potential parking problems.

The White shuttle stops at Renaissance Palm Springs, Riviera Resort, The Saguaro, and Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs. I catch it at the Saguaro. All hotels have limited parking (especially Hard Rock Hotel which just opened this week), so get to the hotels earlier than later.

Yeah, The Saguaro is looking like my best option. How early do shuttles usually arrive there?

Oh, I thought you weren't allowed to park at the hotels at all. So we can park at the hotels? If so, I planned on arriving around like 10:50 in order to catch the first shuttle.

I saw one on thread that valet is available at Riviera for $10 or so? Has anyone not staying at the resort used this? Seems like that would be a good option if there was limited parking around the area...

If you are picking up the shuttle at The Renaissance Palm Springs you can always try and look for street parking around the Regal Cinema or on N. Avendia Caballeros by the Convention Center. But park at your own risk for sure.

All the stops (except Hard Rock Hotel) have nearby street parking for free if their lots fill up (or charge). I think shuttles start at 11:00 am.

from the Valley Music Travel Website:

"•Shuttles will run from 11am until 60 minutes after the music ends each night. Please note - Service from shuttle stops to the festival ends at 8 PM Each night
•Parking at each property is VERY LIMITED, if you are not staying at a hotel or resort, please find additional transportation to the shuttle stop (Do not bring your car)
•If you are choosing a park and ride shuttle stop, please arrive early for parking, parking is NOT guaranteed!!! (Park and Ride Locations: Agua Caliente, Tennis Garden)"

im pretty sure that the 8pm cutoff from the shuttle stops is a new thing.

I think the 8 pm thing is a new and a good thing. It will speed up the return rides back to town.

Thanks for all the help gsp! We'll probably just drive the extra few minutes to agua caliente and park there.
