where are you all guys traveling from? I'll be there only Sunday going solo, traveling from Houston. Any recommendations on where to stay? I'm looking into B&B's or hostels

I've got one that I'm selling. I'll sell it for the early-bird price of $125. (It's an email ticket, so I believe I can just forward it.)

If you're interested, send me a pm.

    Well, so much for that.
We're here to play some Mississippi Delta Blues. We're in a horrible depression, and I gotta admit - we're starting to like it.

Well, I think the festival is semi fortunate that theyre playing Friday, and the 2nd act to play. Looks like nobody is gonna show up til about 4 now. Maybe they get somebody to fill the slot, they got some time.

I am going to the festival and have a hotel room not too far. If anyone wants to split the cost please PM me.

I noticed they announced some after shows.

So can they just get Liars to fill in for somebody over the weekend? Since Earl Sweatshirt is out now too? And I doubt itll be hard to get into that Liars show after the fest, either.

So, this happened this weekend. The weather was damn near perfect, sunny and in the low 80's all day.

    My top sets:

    1. St. Vincent (Annie is a fucking rock star)
    2. Beck (Much better than the last time I saw him, 'E-Pro' came off like gangbusters and I'm not really a fan of that song)
    3. Danny Brown (A big party, like his sets always are)
    4. Factory Floor (Was not big on the album, but live they were quite good)
    5. Slowdive (Not familiar with a lot of their music, but it was a solid set)

    - Dum Dum Girls are boring live.
    - Musically, Deafheaven are cool, but I can't get past the shrieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeking vocals.
    - The lead singer of Perfect Pussy is cute in a Carey Mulligan kind of way. PP's set was kind of fun, but her vocals were either too low or overrun with distortion, I couldn't hear her.
We're here to play some Mississippi Delta Blues. We're in a horrible depression, and I gotta admit - we're starting to like it.

    That's an understatement

You didn't watch the Field, Jon Hopkins, or The Haxan Cloak?

I watched part of The Haxan Cloak's set, that kind of music is just not made for sunny afternoons. A little of it went a long way.

Didn't see the other two, not a fan.

So that was a fun weekend. Best weather since 2009 hands down. The queen of low vocals was FKA Twigs, could not hear shit, and considering how bass heavy the music is, I wonder how the record will be.
