I'll bring some barrel-aged Speedway Stout and some Cantillon. And some fresh IPAs, probably Alpine and/or Societe.
I'll see you guys there.
By which I mean I'll be pointing and laughing at you from backstage.
You've changed, man. Wait...no you haven't.
Albert Hammond Jr. playing the main stage at 5:15
This and Darkside are my must sees.
So stoked to finally see Caribou. The new album is incredible, I can only imagine how good it'll sound live!
Anyone else staying at the Golden West Manor Motel?
Pretty stoked to see Connan again and see Todd Terje, Daniel Avery and Caribou.

Uforia festival map
That's not a whole lot.
No, I mean thats a small piece of land for a festival. at least IMO. Granted, I'm sure they'll most likely expand for FYF, still looks small.
Well there's also the sports arena and a third stage/tent elsewhere. But yeah.
9/21 - Arsis @ New Royal Dive
10/28 - Tycho @ North Park Theatre
10/30 - The Rural Alberta Advantage @ Soda Bar
11/4 - United Nations @ Los Globos
11/12 - DFA 1979 @ House Of Blues
11/14 - The Presets @ North Park Theatre
11/29 - Cake @ Del Mar
Yes, Uforia is only a fraction the size of FYF. There are only 15 acts and almost all of them are performing on a single stage. I posed this map of the area a couple pages back. What you see in that instagram picture is the South Lawn.
Is terje bringing the band?
Yeah I thought of that when I posted but at the same time, if it was just him alone doing his thing, why not list others like Jamie xx live? DJ Harvey? I know what you're getting at, but (Live) written after his name makes me think he's bringing the same set up at Oya.
I sure hope so. He also has a Live set in SF the night before, so the band wouldn't *just* be here for FYF.
pretty sure he won't have the band in sf. and he's done a fair number of live shows w/out the band. "live" doesn't necessarily mean he'll have the band, tho it does likely mean the show will be comprised solely of his own work (this is, generally speaking, the only common denominator among "live" dance music shows ... the extent to which gear is used in the process of actually playing music rather than records varies a great deal. there's more to be said here but this isn't the thread for it)
