yeah. Dbacks will do well to play .500 ball with Corbin out for the season.

The Sox will actually have a tough decision roster wise with him. If they put him on the 25 man roster, they'll either have to trade Carp or send Bradley to Pawtucket.

yeah. luckily these things tend to work themselves out. trading Carp seems like the obvious answer, if it comes to that. Grady's durability has yet to really be tested and Bradley's defense is too good to use Grady as the primary CF. Victorino should stay in RF.

I would hate to see Carp go. Hopefully if they end up having to trade him they can get someone decent in return.

so who do y'all got this year?

    my predictions/guesses:

Yankees, Tigers, A's, Nationals, Cardinals, Dodgers win their divisions. Red Sox/Rays and Pirates/Braves for Wild Card.

I do, however, feel like KC could snag a Wild Card spot this year. Baltimore scares me, too.

I hate trying to predict MLB pre-season, but I like the Rays, Tigers, Rangers, Nationals, Cardinals, and Dodgers as division champs.

    AL East: Rays
    AL Central: Tigers
    AL West: Rangers
AL Wildcards : Orioles and Red Sox

    NL East:Nationals
    NL Central: Cardinals
    NL West: Giants
    NL Wildcard: Pirates and Dodgers

This will be the last push for the rays for quite some time. Also I have a sneaky feeling that the giant's pitching will get back into form and steal the division away from fat puig.

I'll take a shot at predictions.

    AL East: Yankees
    Central: Indians
    West: Angels

    NL East: Nationals
    Central: Pirates
    West: Dodgers

I will be glad to predict 2 of them correct at the end of the season.

Angels won't take the West. Maybe the second Wild Card sport at best.

I did predict the Indians to win the Central. I just don't see Detroit as good this year.

Again as a cubs fan I hate saying this, but I can see the brewers being a sneaky team in the NL. I do not think they can unseat the cardinals in the central, however a run at the wildcard is not out of the question IMO.

you know, I don't know how, but I completely overlooked/forgot about them when I was making my picks this year. I feel really dumb. I'll definitely be rooting for them in the central. I still love Tito.

He is a natural first baseman though. He is passable as an outfielder with the exception of timing fence jumping. You want to talk about laughable defense watch him playing third when the Angels tried to move him there a few seasons ago.

Big Papi will finish career in Boston. Big bucks for a 38 year old DH. But I'd rather have him than have to face him.

The Angels fired Joe Blanton today.

The worst starter in baseball is still owed 8x what Mike Trout will make this year.
