This. They are a "5 years ago" band. Has anyone actually listened to Day & Age or Battle Born all the way through?

For some reason, The Killers keep getting bigger and bigger in Europe. Yet here in their homeland, the level of shit-giving is (rightfully) lower than ever and they can barely sell out most amphitheaters now. I still enjoy Hot Fuss, but talk about a gravy train band.

They were great at Life is Beautiful. First time seeing them, but they played a lot of older tracks i knew (dont have anything past sams town) and did great covers. I wouldnt mind them being Headliner/Sub, but i dont see them in the Phoenix spot, Main Stage for sure.

Not that this comes as a surprise to anyone, but Chvrches added more dates to their tour with a nice OSL gap.

I quite like Battle Born. Of course, I'm also a big fan of Journey-style overly-grandiose rock ballads. It's a personal weakness.

So Phoenix who, who had a headlining spot at Coachella, can close out Twin Peaks, but not The Killers?

Also OSL gave a sub-headlining spot to the Foo Fighters, so I don't see how putting The Killers as a sub is out of the question.

Yep. I'm with you. It just depends if they have a bigger name to put above them in the main stage headlining spot. Hopefully they do.

So no new clues since Friday. That makes it less likely that we get the lineup this week, IMO. Hopefully we get some activity tomorrow. You hear me Ranger Dave!

Also, this makes me want Kanye at OSL all the more to hear his new stuff live!

Lost in the shuffle...looks like Little Dragon could show up on the bill? This would alleviate potential Coachella conflicts.

OSL is kind of a "5 years ago" festival in terms of line-up.

Killers will be there, and I believe Little Dragon will be as well.

I could be wrong on Little Dragon. And I don't remember Grimes or James Blake, but would love to see both on the line-up.

I didn't put Little Dragon on the fake due to the Way Out West possible conflict but damn if they're on there I'll be elated, along with Grimes.

Is that really a good example? For good or for ill, OSL doesn't really, for the most part, cater to the hip hop audience. This is not saying that hip hop is bad, or lesser, just that it's not really the focus of OSL.

That said, from everything Chilzzzzzzzzzzzz has leaked to us, it does seem to be a less guitar based lineup this year.

Can I throw Deer Tick into the possible/likely field? I noticed today they've started beefing out their summer tour with Festival dates, and there's a gap between July 26 Newport Festival and August 16 in Colorado. I'd be stoked if they were on the bill...
