Its rain or shine and they would be prepared for any situation so I wouldnt worry about any equipment being messed up. Coachella is supposed to be about nice weather and the sun being out, not clouds and drizzle. What is this Glastonbury?

with the weather being the way it has been for my section of cali, it poses an equally bad or good outcome for coachella.

either it heats up after the cold, cloudy spell or there will be a cold, cloudy reprise after a sun-spell.

Because they have to try and predict weather? If its like 91 with clouds on Thursday, we are f**ed for the weekend and it ends up hitting triple digits on Sunday and we get flashbacks of 2004 all over again.

there's very little chance of rain at coachella... but while we are on the subject, who else has had a really good concert experience in the rain?

mine would have to be Radiohead in oxford, 2001... during the last half an hour or so it was pouring down, but no-one cared. imagine 50,000 people singing along to creep in the rain. crazy awesome.

come to think of it, that may be the only concert experience I've had in the rain. too many indoor venues.
