If I had been there, I would have stomped the shit out of the asshole with the pole at the front of Warpaint because he's standing exactly where I usually try to go. You don't use that shit in the tents and never in the front of a crowd. Ugh.

I'm excited First Aid Kit was added to this evening's webcast, though I may be transiting home from forced family fun during their webcast, dammit.

For those of you having problems with the stream -- it wouldn't load on my chrome browser so I opened safari (ugh) and it's working fine. Try it, you still have two hours until Elton!

God, watching Jack White on the stream was incredible. He came out with such a fury and was way fired up. It's like he took all that negative publicity and channeled it into making his performance better than ever. His new band sounds great as well. I watched the stream of his set at the Fonda and then the stream from Roo, both were great in different ways but Bonnaroo was on another level. Icky Thump was an awesome opener and the live version of I'm Slowly Turning Into You is so much better than what's on the album. So intense and passionate! I want to watch the Roo set again and again.

I wish Arctic Monkeys would have been on the stream.

Was Jack White amazing, Salah? The internets say so, but I want to read about your version.

I wasnt! Considering how was to get in there for Elton John I do slightly regret it, but he played a legit headlining set. That entire space was filled with their glorious sound, it was epic. I loved his banter, especially about the chinese lanterns. I never heard JW cuss before!

Did you leave early for Nick Cave or did you stay for the end of Jack's set? The chinese lantern talk was really cute. He seemed so childlike in that moment, amazed by the lasers!

the chinese lantern banter was funny, i was really moved when he was speaking about traveling songs, stating it was a speacial moment that we were all sharing.

I just now listened to the rip of Jack's set at Roo and was nearly brought to tears within 5 songs. I cant believe i was standing right in front of that massive stage at that moment. Of course the recording can never do that set justice, but to at least have a halfway decent way to relive that 2 hours is truly all i could ask for after coming home from tennessee

That that has to be one of the most painful articles to read that I've read in a long time. coming from cos tho I wouldn't expect anything else. They certainly do you have their heads really far up Bonaroo's ass. Best fest of the year...? Uhmm NO!

Anyone ever do VIP? Are there a lot of bathrooms and showers? Are they clean? Do you get a lot of space for camping? Feel free to write a mini review. The gf and I are slipping Coachella this year and are aimed at DEMF or Bonnaroo, maybe both. I really don't want to be in a camping spot 1+ miles away like the last 3 times I've went.
