My first reaction was "Hey! Tracey Chapman!"
<-- Going to hell
You guys seem to be glossing over the fact that a Pitchfork journalist was denied from one of the many showcases.

Bout 150 ft back at Fader. Anyone closer that wants to let me cut?
I only made it 2 days this year, but Friday I made it into the Spin Party for Future islands (amazing), Warpaint (3 song set, ran late), Schoolboy Q (hype), Cloud Nothings, Orwells, Temples, Future, and Against Me. Then I split for Trust at Red7 (awesome), then wandered around for a while, got my friends fader band who was leaving and was dropped off at Damon Albarn, but hey had already closed the gate. Luckily, a few people were watching thru the gate and security let in a group of a dozen people or so and I caught about 40 minutes of his set. Damon closed with Del, Dan the Automater, and Snoop playing Clint Eastwood for the first time ever. After that was gravy. I did a little more wandering and stumbled over to Hype hotel where the All Access badge I found last year was still valid and caught Jungle. After that I called it an evening and went back to my friends place who makes mead.
Saturday was spent at Fader all day which was okay. Destruction Unit, Nothing, Jojo, SZA, Erykah Badu, Rick Ross, Young and sick and Travis Scott played. Nothing and JoJo? were my favorites. I tried to go meet up with my friends for July Talk (who I was told were awesome), but got denied entry with my backpack, so I went and caught Washed Out at Hype Hotel to close the evening.
Friday was obviously better than Saturday, but it is always fun. I just didn't have a bike this year, so I spent way more time walking around than necessary and didn't venture out very far. Oh well.
I will see if i can post some media later.
A couple videos.
Damon Albarn Del Snoop and Dan The Automater - Clint Eastwood
Future Islands - Seasons (audio mostly sucks, video is good)
Trust - Sulk I've seen them five times and he made some major upgrades. Killed it.
Warpaint - Disco/Very (audio kinda sucks)
JoJo - Too Little, Too late - I liked this way more than I expected.
