I cringe to think what you people will consider "vintage".

I can't post YouTubes at the moment, but I have always loved that commercial with Harry Dean Stanton where he's floating alone in a row boat. I think it was an ad for the phone book maybe. i'm not sure. I haven't thought of that commercial in years, but now this is the second time since I read a horrible interview with him just last night.

Sorry I am going the opposite, but I think it's interesting now that I am seeing commercials on the vapor cigs which is interesting.

    Wiki:

Most recently, signed into law by President Barack Obama, the Tobacco Control Act became active on 22 June 2010. This act not only placed new restrictions on tobacco marketing but also extensive constraints concerning the circulation of cigarettes and smokeless tobacco to minors. Newly effective with this act, “audio advertisements are not permitted to contain any music or sound effects, while video advertisements are limited to static black text on a white background. Any audio soundtrack accompanying a video advertisement is limited to words only, with no music or sound effects.”

Back on topic. I remember this commercial but I guess no one else (Sorry on the guess earlier GPS))

It snowed here last night and today , they are showing on the news of snowboarders hitting the snow. ..... cr****

It's on my FB feed, but it's pretty much him saying I don't remember and he/she was great to work with.

I had all these Terminator, Aliens, & Predator toys when I was a kid.
Looking back, it's kinda weird that they marketed toys to kids from three R-Rated film franchises.

My parents didn't care if I watched R rated movies when I was a little kid either, but still.

With that said, why do you take your kids to R rated movies? Forget the content of the movie. I just hope they aren't talking and crying and all that stuff while everyone else is trying to enjoy the movie.

Kids at movie theaters are the worst

My kids don't make noise (except some shrieking at horror movies). I wouldn't take them if they did. I pick and choose what shows I would take them to.

Does anyone remember a commercial from the 90's for an insurance company called Eastwood that featured a reggae song with the lyrics being the title of the company repeated over and over again in a Jamaican accent? I'd kill to hear that again
