I went no gluten back in July. I've lost 40 pounds and am down to 180 now. I can't attribute it all to no gluten but it certainly helped. Milk is my biggest weakness even tho I only drink skim. Smaller portions have been a major help also.Trying to cut out sugars & starches. I've got a love affair for salt & vinegar chips I need to abandon. I've been lifting a bit, jumping rope, and hitting the treadmill for about an hour before bed each night. I damn near feel like I've been reborn after losing.
