    Default Johnny Marr

Played here in Dublin last night and was by all accounts fantastic and does a few Smiths numbers!

Really cannot wait to see him, The Messenger is one of the best albums of 2013 so far IMHO.

Also really looking forward to checking out Palma Violets & Savages.

A couple of interesting choices here.. London is a good fit, but TIALTNGO may be a bit of a stretch for his vox.

Really hoping for Rusholm or Headmaster..

Are we thinking Barney will join him for the 'Electronic' material?

Fucking awesome set yesterday . Tied with modest mouse as my favorite. Marr is a pretty good singer too, did the smiths songs justice.

Yeah I thought he did great as well. His solo stuff wasn't amazing but it was good enough to hold my attention while waiting for Smiths songs. There is a Light was almost perfect and since I'm sure Morrissey will never play it, it was my only chance at seeing someone other than the Dum Dum Girls play it.

It was such a great set W1. He seemed so humbled and happy about the crowd and their reception of him. Look forward to hearing more from him.
