Default Torn between the line up on Saturday night

The xx, two door cinema club, and Franz Ferdinand...awesome..but playing all at the same time?!! I'm very torn deciding which one is more important for me to see. I hope the stages are close enough to stage hop efficiently. Is anyone else in the same boat??

Not a fan of The xx - I don't need people whispering moodily at me.

But, 2 Door and Franz Ferdinand were both bands I was really looking forward to! I'm likely going to Franz Ferdinand though, since 2 Door will also be at Lolla. I find it really strange that they're scheduled opposing each other, since both bands probably attract the same crowd.

I was also hoping to see Janelle Monae, but no dice.

I still haven't made up my mind about Hot Chip vs Yeasayer vs Grizzly Bear.
My wife is leaning towards Grizzly Bear while I'm for Hot Chip.
Maybe we'll end up seeing Yeasayer.

I've seen them all live. I'd go for Franz Ferdinand. The others are around a lot and not as much fun.

HOT CHIP. OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER!

Although I must say, Grizzly Bear sound beautiful on stage, but HC's fun shows are unbeatable.

I'm 100% in the same boat, except throw Moby into that conflict too.

What I was thinking is go see the beginning of the xx, head to Two Door after, after you've had enough of that go to Franz. All the Franz shows usually are best at the end.

If you had to choose two i'd say go see Two Door and Franz. I'd bet you'll have a much better time at those shows than the xx.

Fuck this is one of the worst conflicts for me in Coachella history.

Should I go to from Pusha T and stay for Janelle Monae or head to The xx or see Ritchie Hawtin?

Are The xx any good live or kinda boring? I like them but afraid it'll be shoegaze to the max. Janelle Monae I know will be great and so will Ritchie Hawtin so I'm leaning more towards them. But even then it's a tough choice.

i think i have made my mind up to stay in the sahara and see benny, moby and knife party
on friday though it gets harder, debating between stone roses, how to destroy angels and luciano.
on sunday can't decide between maya jane coles and oakenfold
way too many choices for a 3 day fest

Haven't seen Yeasayer, they're my priority of the three...but between Hot Chip and Grizz, I'd probably go Hot Chip...I like Grizzly better on record, but Hot Chip is a much better live act...Grizzly Bear as stiff as they come on stage, zero spontaneity, everything to track, though as others have said...they do sound great just very little personality other than Ed.

I was also hoping to see Janelle Monae, but no dice.
This is a super tough one...If you've already seen Franz and not Janelle I go with her, especially since you can catch the first 2/3rds of Franz anyways before she starts...She's an incredibly Charismatic performer, and her band is fantastic. Like the bulk of Franz's A-list material better, but there will be more going on with Janelle with how far she ranges stylistically and all her theatrics.

Now my question for the board...to those who have seen both Grinderman and Blur already, who do you go with, I've seen Grinderman once already, never Blur, but a bigger Grinderman fan, and it's their only show this year. Curious how others are handling.
