dubai is everything that's wrong with the muslim world in the eyes of the fundamentalists, and yet that's where a lot of funding for fundamentalist terrorism comes from. Funny people.

There's a term for how dubai is acting with their relative newfound wealth. I think Don Imus probably knows what it is.

I have a friend that went to Dubai last summer, and she said it was the best place in the world. Lots of fun things to do. It really is one of the coolest looking places. Almost futuristic looking.
