Bjork VS. Regina Spektor

Saw Spector in Philly. One of the most BORING events I have ever been to in my life!!!! The little pixie thing only goes so far. Be warned! She opened for the Kings of Leon and The Strokes.....BRUTAL!!!!

Regina is kind of like Cat Power in that her shows can be hit or miss. Sometimes, when she's "on" it's really amazing and you're in store for a moving, almost distressingly personal show. Other times, it falls completely flat. Part of this might be centered around how much her vocal "tics" take over her singing on any given night.

You will also be approximately 1000X farther away should you choose Bjork. That matters for some, matters not at all for others.

If you're only going for ONE day then I would say go see Bjork. Its been several years since she's been to the States and while she's always welcome, who knows when she'll be back again.
Don't kick yourself for having missed out, go see Bjork!!
