DO NOT MISS HIS SET!!!

DO NOT MISS HIS SET!!!
i like minimal
hell yaz....Richie is GOD. Cant wait to see him for the fifth time.
No he is not.
i can't wait to see him, he's not for everyone though...my friends will porbably go watch someone else when he does his set.
...and you live in El Cajon...
I'm not too familiar with his stuff but if it's worth all this shit talking then it's worth checking out his set!
I thought Yngwie Malmsteen was god.?.![]()
"Yeah chicks go nuts for that... the male camel toe."
"Yea yea! The camel tail."
Even almost two years after its release, DE9:Transitions sounds fresh as it did the first couple of listens. One of the top acts I want to see Sunday!
And your point would be what? (if you think I enjoy living there, you're mistaken)
Though I guess who wouldn't want to live in a city where your neighbors are almost all morons, people throw trash in the streets, tweakers try to steal everything not tied down, and you dont fel that your family will ever be truly safe to walk after dark?
PS - Richie Hawtin still sucks...
If he plays experimental techno, he will rock
If he plays minimal, he will suck
Bring back Plastikman!
ritchie by far the best edm act at this fest but i would not say he is god....most people at this fest will miss him cause they know nothing about edm.....
i really hope i don't have to miss him.
i've been wanting richie to play again for a few years, so gv better not schedule anything major to conflict.
He does play minimal most of the time - but I heard him last Nov in LA at Avalon and he was anything but. The crowd was in a frenzy. So I think a lot of people would enjoy his set at a festival setting. He is the reason I am coming back to Coachella this year. I agree 100% with the above - but I think the god part he has to share with Jeff Mills after I watched the "Blue Potential" DVD.

who's playing at night on saturday?
I am still hoping the IM website is wrong...
Who am I kidding, I wont get to see them. My guess is Manu Chao will will go on around 9 and play till about 10. Then Rage will go on from 10:15/10:30-midnight. So unless Manu Chao goes on before 8:30, I wont see them.
Unless... Air closes the main... THEN I could see Infected Mushroom. I would like that. However, after Rage I have a feeling I will be WAY to fuckin tired to do ANYTHING. I guess I will have to wait till April 29th to find out what I will be doing.
Hawtin has been playing minimal for a few years now, but from what I have read, in 2007 he has been playing much harder, like he did back in the late 90s through maybe 2002.
Hopefully with 90 minutes to two hours, he will come correct and beat the shit out of it!
And I hope he plays at night, otherwise he may bring a more minimal set during the day.
And yeah, Joey Beltram last year was my favorite DJ set by far. It was only exceeded in my eyes by Matthew Dear's Audion set back in 2005 - that was the sickest set I've heard in my five years at Coachella.
God there's so many other techno artists they could have brought this year - any of the m_nus artists like Villalobos, Magda, Heartthrob, Troy Pierce, Mathew Jonson...or cats like M.A.N.D.Y, Booka Shade, Mr. C, etc...
