you're probably drunk, but so am i, and i don't see one
can someone post a pic of the new map
There is no detail of the festival in the booklet map. It mostly shows parking, camping and dropoff areas.
The detailed festival map usually is posted a week before the fest.
The confusion is because the booklet that came with the pass box has a showcase & past pictures from each of the regular stages, but doesn't have info about the new stage. It also doesn't show the Do Lab next to them, which we know will be there.
Venue gates open at 11:00AM each day

It'll be like the 12th man in football?
i wouldn't if the new stage was just a remodeled/bigger version of the heineken dome tbh
Also advertising artists on the lineup that a decent amount of the Coachella audience wont even get to see doesn't make much sense. In regards to the Heineken Dome idea

June 9 - Devo/Gza @ LANHM
June 19 - Zavala @ Soho
July 31 - Flaming Lips @ Pacific Amp.
August 24,25 - FYF fest - State Historic Park
Sept. 22 - M83 w/ Philharmonic @ Hollywood Bowl
Sept. 12 -GY!BE @ the Fonda
Oct. 17 - Atoms for Peace @ SB Bowl
6th stages will most likely be like it was in 2011 with the Oasis Dome housing artists.
I don't think it would make much sense to put billed artists in the Heineken Dome...but the Heineken stage at Ultra is like 12 times the size as the one at Coachella. Not to mention that it housed a few of the best sets of the weekend last year. Maybe an expanded Heineken dome is the answer afterall?

Just looking over the parking map, I was intrigued at the appearance that the venue grounds have gotten bigger this year. Last couple of years, even with the kick out of the food court area, there was still some unused space behind that and the field still had a tail/hook over at Sahara/Rose Garden, but the parking map makes it appear the entrance has moved and the field is now a full rectangle, possibly giving enough room for another tent/stage that's being treated as a "surprise"? Any thoughts?
