refund options-- bank refund?

Its been decided by me that my VIP TICKET is to be refunded as I have lost both ticket and wrist band. I have checked my spam folder 3 times
after careful consideration it is clear that your customer service forum do not live to the standard that belongs in a service world---
I thearfore ask for the easiest way to refund.
I talked to my bank and MASTERCARD (the card use for payment) and they directed me to the location of the ticket purchase.

After this quest is finished, that is the last you will heard from me.

THIS is NOT a customer service forum.
No passes have been sent out yet, if you received something, it's a fake or you read it wrong.
Golden voice does not provide refunds for any tickets (if you purchased it through them).
If you purchased it through a 3rd party person, sounds like you're screwed.
