Here's the deal.

After the traditional BCS bowls, we have a few days' hiatus until the National Championship Game. So, with a few days to fill, they've scheduled some late bowls this year, ESPN2-filler. Included in these is the first ever International Bowl, so called because it is in Toronto. Eh?
